Obtaining personal data:

We have obtained your personal data by contacting you by phone, e-mail or in person.

Purpose of processing your personal data:

For the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with us, in particular:

  • Issuing the necessary purchase documents in our company (invoices) and making non-cash payments;
  • to handle requests that are addressed to us by phone, e-mail;
  • use our contact details for the purpose of providing services under the contract;
  • handling complaints and complaints – if submitted;
  • for tax and accounting purposes, as required by law.

In accordance with the legally justified purpose of the Administrator:

  • to conduct direct marketing of its own services and/or products;
  • to maintain the customer relationship (sending Christmas wishes);
  • to conduct statistical analyses;
  • to provide payment service;
  • to collect debts;
  • archiving data in order to ensure accountability and compliance with our obligations under the law.

In accordance with the consent to data processing:

  • the data stored in the newsletter service;
  • saved in the contact form;
  • saved in cookies and collected from our website;
  • conducting marketing and/or commercial activities using your e-mail address and telephone number.

Providing data:

Providing data by you is voluntary, however, providing it will not prevent the conclusion of a contract and the use of services offered by the Data Administrator.

We require the following data: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number.

If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary e.g. for accounting or tax reasons.

Your rights concerning the processing of personal data:

You have the right to:

  • Access to the content of your data and to correct it;
  • A written, reasoned request to stop processing your data due to your specific situation;
  • object to the processing of your data if the Data Controller intends to process it for marketing or commercial purposes or to transfer your personal data to another Data Controller;
  • to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in accordance with art. 77 and art. 79, if it is considered that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on personal data protection of April 27, 2016;
  • to obtain comprehensive information in accordance with Article 15 of the GCUI concerning:
  • the presence of your data in the Administrator’s files and the address of his registered office,
  • the purpose, scope and method of processing the data contained in such a set,
  • the state from when your data is processed in the file,
  • possible source of data acquisition,
  • to make your data available, in particular information about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are made available,
  • the planned data storage period.

Providing your personal data:

We may share your personal data:

  • entities cooperating with us under a contract of entrustment of processing of personal data;
  • other entities for which you have given your consent;
  • public authorities fighting against fraud and abuse, which operate under separate, overriding laws.

Storage of personal data:

We store your personal data for the duration of the contract with you, as well as after its termination for purposes:

  • performing the obligations arising from legal regulations, including tax and accounting regulations;
  • preventing abuse and fraud;
  • statistical and archiving purposes;
  • for a maximum of 3 years after completion of the performance.

We will process your data for marketing and/or commercial purposes for the duration of the contract or until you object, withdraw your consent to further processing, whichever comes first.

You may withdraw your consent free of charge by sending written information in the form of an e-mail or by submitting a letter to the Data Administrator or by sending it by post to the Data Administrator’s address.
